What may be reviewed
Eligible warranty requests may include manufacturing concerns, material faults, hardware issues, or product irregularities that appear during normal use and proper care.
Movelo Warranty
Movelo warranty guidance is built for real cycling use: trail days, daily routes, careful maintenance, and confident ownership. Review what is covered, what to prepare, and how our team can help assess your bicycle or ride gear.
Warranty review is strongest when your product details, order information, and clear photos are ready before you contact us.
Keep the product, photos, order details, and a short description of the issue together.
Coverage Overview
Warranty support is intended to help with manufacturing-related issues under normal intended use. Because bicycles are mechanical products, care, installation, storage, and riding conditions all matter during review.
Eligible warranty requests may include manufacturing concerns, material faults, hardware issues, or product irregularities that appear during normal use and proper care.
Normal wear, crash damage, misuse, improper assembly, poor maintenance, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, and damage from storage or transport are generally not covered.
Our team reviews order details, product photos, usage context, and the nature of the issue. In some cases, additional images or follow-up details may be requested.
Before every ride, inspect brakes, tires, wheels, chain movement, lighting, and fastening points. For complex assembly, drivetrain adjustment, brake setup, or safety-critical repairs, use qualified bicycle service support.

Warranty Questions
Normal wear from riding is not typically covered. Items such as tires, brake pads, grips, chains, cables, and surface marks naturally change with use, terrain, weather, and maintenance habits.
If the issue involves braking, steering, wheels, frame integrity, drivetrain movement, battery behavior, or any safety-critical area, pause use until the product is inspected or serviced.
Modified products can be harder to assess. Unauthorized changes, incompatible parts, incorrect installation, or non-standard repair work may affect warranty eligibility.
Include your order details, product name, issue description, full-product photo, close-up photos, and any service or assembly information related to the item.
For return and refund terms, review the Refund Policy. For shipping expectations, check Shipping Information. Warranty review does not replace any rights described in those policy pages.
